I recently stay at the hotel for my daughter’s 10th Birthday for the weekend. There was a few issues while staying at the hotel. * Dirty towels in the room * House keeping left cleaning products in the bathroom. *Breakfast in the morning the sausage were raw inside. Ali on reception was very professional and very helpful as great asset to the Accor company. Mansad on reception was very helpful when dealing with the cleaning products in the room. Overall the children enjoyed their stay at Novotel Brentford.

Comfortable and affordable stay for one night, a great location, close to our visit to Kew Gardens. (About 10 mins drive away). A very modern feel, stayed in an exec room on top floor, room 702, very quiet, clean bedroom with modern bathroom facilities, lots of wardrobe space, safe, fridge free robes and slippers, toiletries, free wifi and access to sky movie and sport channels inc, also free access to spa which we didnt use. The hotel has underground parking £15 for 24 hours. Just give the reception team your reg no when checking in. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Lovely area of London

My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at Novotel Brentford. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing, largely due to the exceptional staff who made us feel right at home. I want to extend a special thanks to Fabiola, Hemant, Sam, and last but not least, Georgia, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their dedication sets a high standard for hospitality in London. Our room exceeded expectations in both size and amenities, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was not only excellent but also incredibly tasty, and the restaurant staff exhibited the utmost professionalism, attending to every detail with care. The cleanliness of the pool and its temperature were both impressive, adding to our overall satisfaction. If I could, I would gladly give Novotel Brentford ten stars for their exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Novotel team for a job well done. Your commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed, and it made our stay truly remarkable. Stayed here on 28 April (one night) and came back on 30 April (one night). Roberto checked me in and respected my elite membership. Got me a room at 0730 and he tried to get me complimentary breakfast and later told me the restaurant manager didn’t agreed. Diamond member gets free breakfast on weekend and since my check in was a Sunday, the following day being Monday subject to a fee. My friends who are also elite member decided to have our breakfast at RADA CAFETERIA which is across from the hotel. It cost half what we would have paid in the hotel. Though said, we may consider to eat in the hotel on Monday if the restaurant manager who wasn’t so strict to the rules as a contributing revenue to hotel F&B - like what we did at Novotel Birmingham. The second stay we experienced the whole establishment door key issue. Georgia checked me and help me with my bags to my room. Really appreciate her because my bag was very heavy. The next day we checked out without any drama. Very modern and decent rooms. Worth the stay and shall be back soon.

Stayed here for a night due to a meeting in London. Had a few issues with the payment which was works problem but overall the hotel was lovely, clean and friendly.
